Don Riley, AIA

Principal Architect / Founder

Founder and Principal Architect of Riley Architect Services, PLLC, Don Riley brings more than three decades of experience to the design and management of civic, educational, faith-based, and non-profit projects. His career has encompassed architectural design, construction oversight, and strategic planning for communities across multiple states. Don’s leadership emphasizes thoughtful, purposeful design rooted in service and community. His approach blends technical expertise, creativity, and compassion — helping organizations bring their missions to life through meaningful architecture. Don is a proud Murray State Racer with a B.S. in Industrial Education.  He also holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Ministry from Harding School of Theology.

Elizabeth Miller Riley

Co-Owner / Business Development Director / Design Consultant

Co-owner of Riley Architect Services, Elizabeth Riley brings a unique blend of education, psychology, and design insight to the firm’s collaborative culture. With an extensive background in client relations and project development, she ensures that every project reflects the client’s goals and values from the earliest visioning sessions through final delivery. Elizabeth began her professional career in education before co-founding the firm in 2005, where she now leads client engagement and project coordination. Her ability to connect people, clarify ideas, and maintain focus on outcomes has helped guide many of the region’s most significant civic and non-profit projects. Elizabeth’s leadership is defined by empathy, attention to detail, and a passion for community-centered design. Elizabeth is a graduate of Lipscomb University and holds advanced degrees from Tennessee State University and Vanderbilt University.

Chad Clark

Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager at Riley Architect Services, Chad Clark brings a wealth of experience in architecture, construction, and municipal building inspection. His background includes more than 25 years in the design and oversight of complex civic and institutional projects, with an emphasis on quality, safety, and code compliance. Prior to joining the firm, Chad served as Deputy Building Inspector for the City of Paducah, providing him with extensive technical knowledge that strengthens his approach to project coordination and delivery. He holds advanced architectural degrees from the University of Kentucky and Columbia University, where his studies focused on design theory and practice. Chad’s combination of creative design thinking and practical field experience ensures every project he manages is both visionary and achievable. Chad holds a Master of Architecture Theory & Design from Columbia University and a B.A. of Architecture from the University of Kentucky.

Sydney Pajor

Project Coordinator

With a foundation in architectural engineering technology and a master’s degree in architecture, Sydney bridges the gap between technical precision and creative problem-solving. She has supported numerous civic and educational projects across western Kentucky, from early concept development through construction administration. Sydney is known for her organization, responsiveness, and collaborative spirit, ensuring every project milestone is met with accuracy and care. Her work reflects the firm’s commitment to design excellence and community impact.

Nicholas Ostafew

Designer / Project Manager

With professional experience spanning multiple states and building types, Nicholas has developed a strong portfolio in senior living, worship, and mixed-use facilities. His background includes architectural design, 3D visualization, and BIM coordination, with a focus on integrating creative vision and technical clarity. Nicholas holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in architecture from Judson University, where he also completed a European architectural study tour that informs his global design perspective. His work reflects a balance of precision, artistry, and service to community.

Kayli’s design approach emphasizes beauty, comfort, and purpose — creating interiors that enhance the architectural story of each project. Known for her attention to detail and collaborative energy, she contributes to both the design and documentation phases with a thoughtful, client-focused approach.

Ella Hinkle Jones

Operations & Finance Manager

Ella oversees daily operations, finance, and human resources at Riley Architect Services, ensuring smooth coordination between project teams and administrative functions. With a business degree from Murray State University and decades of experience in accounting, office management, and client service, she brings precision, organization, and a steady hand to the firm’s day-to-day operations.  She is the glue that holds the RAS team together and the kind face that greets you when you enter our doors.
